XTrader provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.
All clients of XTrader are subject to the following terms of service:
You agree to use all XTrader services and facilities at your own risk.
XTrader specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall XTrader be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold XTrader harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against XTrader, its agents, its customers, officers and employees,
that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer,
it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless XTrader against liabilities arising out of
Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with XTrader's server.
XTrader reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers.
Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement
any defective products sold to customer from XTrader's server. XTrader shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan.
Template orders can only be cancelled and refunded if the work has not been carried out, once the website has been installed, this service is non-refundable.
Module orders can only be cancelled and refunded if the module has not been sent to you, once recieved, this service is non-refundable as you have access to the code.
Termination of website and hosting services admin fee will apply of £20 +VAT
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. For webhosting plans we will setup your account without any paying.
Clients are encouraged to pay by credit card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. Their are no contract
periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on.
If you will not pay for service renew in 5 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended.
If you will not pay for service renew in 30 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated.
Late payment of invoices incurres a 10% late payment fee.
You will receive an email reminder 5 days till deactivation.
There is a £60 +VAT charge for installing any of our website templates on a 3rd party server.
All services provided by XTrader may be used for lawful purposes only.
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal,
State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene,
or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XTrader and its employees
from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and
strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform
you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all XTrader servers. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or
hardcore images and/or advertising.
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than
the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber
agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.
Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent
to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or
consequential damages, loss or injury.
Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data,
harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network.
We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software,
audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to
distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.
We are committed to ensuring our customers receive a high standard of service. We also appreciate that, with a large customer base, sometimes issues arise that need to be addressed. Your comments are important to us. We rely on feedback from our customers to identify the root causes of complaints. This allows us to put things right for you and ensure improvements are made. We aim to do this quickly and efficiently.
Stage 1: Contacting us
If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, then we would like to hear from you. Many outstanding issues can be resolved informally by discussing the issue with a member of staff. The support agent who deals with your query will aim to resolve any outstanding issues and reach an amicable resolution.
Stage 2: Escalating your issue
If the agent helping you is not able to assist please ask to speak to a manager. If a manager is available they will be happy to talk to you to discuss your case. Managers are available on main working days during business core hours. Managers do however attend meetings and may not be available at that time. If a manager is not available, please provide your contact details to a member of staff and our management team will be in touch. Our aim is to respond to all escalated complaints within 1 hour.
Raising an Appeal

Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing or via telephone within three working days of receiving the complaint. An investigation will be carried out into the issues raised and a full response will be provided within ten working days.
Where the issue is particularly complex it may take longer to respond. If this is likely, we will provide information on the action which will be taken and advise when you can expect a full response.
XTrader shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages,
which may arise from XTrader servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Furthermore, XTrader shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages,
resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of XTrader servers. All damages shall be limited to
the immediate termination of service.
XTrader cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss.
We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained
if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by XTrader are resold.
Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by XTrader are not directly owned
or written by XTrader. Moreover, XTrader holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated.
We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as XTrader sees fit.
FURTHERMORE, XTrader retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.

1. These terms apply to all new and existing Clients of XTrader seeking to register a name.
2. Registration of domain names operates on a first come first served basis. For the avoidance of all doubt, XTrader may only offer registration of domains in the following situations:
a) Where individual Clients are at least 18 years of age;
b) Where the Client is a UK resident. For non-UK residents a proxy will be automatically provided to enable registration. Clients acknowledge and understand that PO Boxes will be unacceptable as an address;
3. XTrader does not take responsibility for any unsuccessful applications based on incorrect information entered by Clients.
4. Domain names will be charged at the price advertised on the XTrader website or the email communication provided to existing Clients who have registered domain names. These prices exclude VAT.
5. Domain names are charged at £9.95 for a .uk and £12.99 for a .net or .com (plus VAT) per year of registration and may be registered for multiple years but no more than 10 (ten) years.
6. Clients acknowledge that whilst XTrader will use its reasonable endeavours to register a domain, XTrader does not accept any liability if the Registry (for whatsoever reason) is incapable of registering the domain name.
7. XTrader does not accept liability for the unsuccessful registration of a domain name which is caused by unforeseen circumstances.
8. Payment for the relevant domain the Client has registered will be taken at the time of placing the order.
9. Clients acknowledge that transfer of a domain names are chargeable at the rate of £9.99 (plus VAT) per domain name.
10. Clients understand and accept that they are responsible for ensuring prior to payment that the items in their basket are the items they wish to purchase. Clients have the opportunity to remove any unwanted items or add further items before payment is taken.
11. Registration of domain names is subject to XTrader General Terms and Conditions and XTrader Domain Registration, Renewal and Refund Agreement. If there is any conflict between these Registration terms and the XTrader General terms, then the terms set out herein shall prevail.
12. XTrader reserves the right to end this service, extend this service and or amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time without the prior notice or consent of the Client. Reasonable usage applies.
We work to minimise the amount of abuse that is generated on our servers. You can help us by reporting any abuse you spot which you believe has come from the Idweb Ltd network.
Please report all abuse by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include as much information as you can about the type of abuse you've encountered. Please also provide log files (if applicable), URLs for site abuse and email headers for spamming.
Once we've received your email, we'll investigate the issue thoroughly, contact any relevant customers and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
