You take your customers orders and bill them for the goods they want. We then dispatch those orders directly to your customers. So in affect we are your virtual warehouse with over 5081 items in stock.

All accompanying paperwork that leaves our warehouse will display your company name and contact details enabling you to keep a one to one relationship with your customer.

Most importantly there is no indication that we have dispatched the orders.

No stock holding means no major overheads and frees up your time to market and grow your business venture.

What does the service cost?

Nothing! Just the wholesale price of the stock and a subsidised delivery charge. Visit the 'Delivery Page' for the rates and of course don't forget these delivery charges should be passed onto your customers.

How is stock paid for?

You run a balance in your account. Add money to top this up as you use stock and your balance decreases.

How do I dispatch an order?

Create the order in your account by selecting the products and adding the delivery address at checkout. We will then dispatch your order and log a tracking number for you to pass on to your customer.

What happens if my customer wants to return an item?

We deal with all returns, breakages and exchanges on your behalf via unbranded return address.
Have them follow the returns procedure on their packing slip and have them send the goods back to our unbranded return address.

How will I know what stage my orders are at?

Your orders are logged every step of the way. Full tracking and order logs are recorded so you feel at ease at every stage of the way.
