Dear Customer,

It is with great sadness that we announce Idweb Limited will be closing its doors on 26 July 2026, after 26 years in business.

Over the past year, we have experienced an unprecedented drop in sales of more than 90%, and unfortunately, these losses are no longer sustainable. Many of you who have traded with us over the years have experienced similar declines in your own sales. Sadly, our success has always been closely tied to yours.

We are not entirely sure what has caused such a dramatic change. However, many of our most successful dropshipping customers, who were regularly making 30 to 50 sales per day just a year ago, are now receiving only a handful of orders each week. Whether this is due to changes in Google's algorithms, increased competition from factories selling directly to consumers through Amazon, Shein and similar platforms, or a combination of factors, it appears to be a shift that we have been unable to overcome.

There are still other dropshipping suppliers within the industry, and we recommend searching online for a suitable alternative and updating your inventories as soon as possible.

From today, we will no longer be restocking any products. However, you may continue to place orders for any items that remain in stock until we close at the end of July.

We would like to sincerely thank every customer who has supported us over the last 26 years. It has been a privilege to work with you, and we are incredibly grateful for your loyalty, business and friendship over the years.

We wish you every success for the future.

Important Information

If you have funds in your account, please email finance@idweb.net to arrange a withdrawal. Please include your name, sort code and account number so we can process the refund.
For order questions or updates, please email orders@idweb.net.
For website solutions customers, the server termination date will be 26 July 2026. Until then, you can log in and take a backup of your website via cPanel.
All other internal email addresses are now disabled, and our phone lines have been terminated.

Delivery Procedure & Prices

We look after the entire dispatch process of your orders. From dispatch, tracking, and compensation procedures. We dispatch on your behalf with our nominated suppliers and all charges are passed on to you as if you were dealing with them directly. Think of us as your virtual warehouse.

The benefits include lower prices due to our bulk dispatch discounts. Quality packed goods. Dedicated staff who will look after any claim procedures for missing parcels on your behalf.

In a nutshell, we are not dispatching for you, we dispatch on behalf of you so any costs and savings are passed on to you for the life of the parcel.

This means that as you are benefiting from our buying power and are being passed on our supplier discounts, we do not offer any refunds on postage regardless of the reason. Whatever postage you use, you pay for. Examples: Reshipment, replacing items or exchanges.

We can ship anywhere in the world. We will look after the complete dispatch of your order including any customs declarations that may be required for some countries. We pass their costs directly on to you giving you access to our bulk discounts.

This service is available for low-cost orders making postage a lot more affordable, we don't recommend using this delivery service for high-value orders but if you wish to this is your choice. The dropship service is on your behalf. The percentage of lost parcels with Royal Mail is less than 1%, taking the risk for low-cost orders is very low, If a parcel were to be lost there is no insurance available for this service or tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

DPD International courier charges are passed on to you at cost price. We charge you the actual price which will include our quantity dispatch discount. This service will provide a tracking number

The Service Level Agreement for Dispatch

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

We subsidise all the delivery charges, so you actually pay less than what it is costing to dispatch goods.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within one working day Monday to Friday. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 7 days. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
