“My main dropshipper is XTrader. I have nothing but praise for them and in my experience they are the best dropshipper of all. I cannot think of anything they could do to improve their service.
Orders placed are sent either same or next day. If an item is out of stock this is stated on their site prior to ordering.
Items rarely go out of stock and when they do they arrive back in within a week, except in extremely rare occurances.
Despatch note in with orders with their address as return address.
They accept returns and notify you via email that a customer has returned an item and they have refunded the money back into your account. This often comes as a surprise because although the customer is supposed to notify regarding returns they very rarely do.
If the customer returns for a different size they inform by email and ask if it is okay to send the other item out.
All emails regarding orders are on their site within the order details.
They offer normal recorded delivery as well as Special delivery and courier delivery.
They reply extremely quickly to emails.
Telephone number supplied, quick to pick up and extremely friendly and helpful.
I have been totally spoiled with using XTrader and it would be a brilliant world of dropshipping if every dropship company worked in the same way.”

“I've only tried one dropshipper and that was XTrader. Didn't make loads of sales but the ones that I did were all sent out without a problem, and 90% of the time recieved by the customer the next day. I even done a test delivery myself (wont divulge what I ordered) and recieved it next day.
Also Gary at XTrader helped out when uploading my site and when I had other admin type problems on my site, when he didn't really have to. And any emails I did send to them were literally replied to within minutes.”
