Important notice from Idweb Limited

Dear Customer,

It is with great sadness that we announce Idweb Limited will be closing its doors on 26 July 2026, after 26 years in business.

Over the past year, we have experienced an unprecedented drop in sales of more than 90%, and unfortunately, these losses are no longer sustainable. Many of you who have traded with us over the years have experienced similar declines in your own sales. Sadly, our success has always been closely tied to yours.

We are not entirely sure what has caused such a dramatic change. However, many of our most successful dropshipping customers, who were regularly making 30 to 50 sales per day just a year ago, are now receiving only a handful of orders each week. Whether this is due to changes in Google's algorithms, increased competition from factories selling directly to consumers through Amazon, Shein and similar platforms, or a combination of factors, it appears to be a shift that we have been unable to overcome.

There are still other dropshipping suppliers within the industry, and we recommend searching online for a suitable alternative and updating your inventories as soon as possible.

From today, we will no longer be restocking any products. However, you may continue to place orders for any items that remain in stock until we close at the end of July.

We would like to sincerely thank every customer who has supported us over the last 26 years. It has been a privilege to work with you, and we are incredibly grateful for your loyalty, business and friendship over the years.

We wish you every success for the future.

• If you have funds in your account, please email finance@idweb.net to arrange a withdrawal. Please include your name, sort code and account number so we can process the refund.
• For order questions or updates, please email orders@idweb.net.
• For website solutions customers, the server termination date will be 26 July 2026. Until then, you can log in and take a backup of your website via cPanel.
• All other internal email addresses are now disabled, and our phone lines have been terminated.
