How to cancel an order
Login to you XTrader account here:

Navigate to your Track an order page
https://www.xtrader.co.uk/catalog/account_history.php
You can search for the order by the number, post code or name. Once you find the order you will see the cancel button to the right hand side. Once you cancel the order the funds will be refunded to your Dropship balance.
