How can I withdraw money from my XTrader account

Please open a support ticket with a request to have your account balance refunded, please include your account ID.

Refunds are processed via the original transaction and an admin fee will be deducted accordingly to the value of the refund to cover bank charges and admin, charges start at £2.50 per refund.
